1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for the Starter SEO Plan, including the Monthly Plan at ₹299/month and the Yearly Plan at ₹2,999/year, are strictly non-refundable.
Once your SEO order is placed and payment is successfully completed, our team may immediately begin professional SEO activities such as website auditing, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO work, and other optimization tasks.
Since SEO involves professional time, resources, research, and digital work that cannot be reversed once started, refunds are not provided after payment under this policy.
2. Service Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your monthly or yearly SEO subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
After cancellation:
- Your ongoing SEO services will stop at the end of the current billing period.
- No refund will be provided for unused days or remaining time in the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation will prevent future recurring billing, where applicable.
- Work already completed or initiated before cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
3. SEO Results and Ranking Disclaimer
SEO is a long-term digital marketing process influenced by several factors, including search engine algorithms, website quality, competition, industry conditions, content quality, and other external factors.
Therefore, Gonix Solutions does not guarantee specific Google rankings, a particular traffic level, or immediate SEO results.
Changes or fluctuations in search engine rankings, traffic, indexing, or keyword positions do not qualify for a refund.
Our goal is to follow a safe and professional SEO approach and continuously work toward improving your website’s search visibility.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
The Starter SEO Plan is available under the following pricing options:
- Monthly SEO Plan: ₹299/month
- Yearly SEO Plan: ₹2,999/year
By purchasing the Starter SEO Plan, you acknowledge and agree to the pricing, cancellation, and no-refund terms described in this policy.
5. Policy Acceptance
By completing the payment for the Starter SEO Plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
