5. Payments
Service pricing is based on the selected package, service plan, or custom quotation provided by Gonix Solutions. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payment must be made according to the agreed payment terms.
- Work may begin after the required advance payment has been received.
- Any remaining balance may be required before final project delivery.
- All prices are generally stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

If a payment fails because of a technical issue or a duplicate payment is received, the transaction may be reviewed and adjusted or refunded after verification.

Requests for additional pages, features, functionality, redesigns, integrations, content creation, or other work outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges and may affect the delivery timeline.

SEO is an ongoing digital marketing process influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, website quality, content, technical factors, industry conditions, and other external factors.
Gonix Solutions follows reasonable SEO practices and industry standards but does not guarantee specific keyword rankings, search positions, traffic levels, leads, sales, or other search engine results. Search engine algorithms and policies may change without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Gonix Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing designs, frameworks, templates, processes, tools, reusable code, strategies, documentation, and other intellectual property.
For custom project deliverables created specifically for a client, ownership or usage rights will be transferred according to the agreed project terms after full payment has been received. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, software, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as domain registration, web hosting, premium themes, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, email services, analytics tools, or software licenses. These services may have separate pricing, terms, limitations, and renewal requirements established by the respective providers.
Gonix Solutions is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, policies, or failures caused directly by independent third-party providers.
10. Website Hosting, Security & Maintenance
Where website hosting, maintenance, updates, or security services are included in a selected package, the scope of those services will depend on the applicable plan or agreement.
Gonix Solutions will take reasonable steps to maintain supported websites; however, no website, hosting environment, or online system can be guaranteed to remain completely free from downtime, technical failures, hacking attempts, malware, or other security incidents.
