1. 7-Day Free Preview – Zero Advance Payment
Gonix Solutions does not require any advance payment for creating the website under our 7-Day Free Preview offer.
We build your website first and provide you with a 7-day free preview period so you can review the design, layout, content, and overall appearance.
You only make the applicable payment after you are satisfied with the website.
Applicable charges may include:
- Monthly Website Plan: ₹299/month
- Yearly Website Plan: ₹2,999/year
- Domain & Setup: ₹2,999 for 1 year
- Payment Gateway Add-on: ₹999, if applicable
Since no payment is required during the free preview period, there is no refund applicable during this period.
2. Cancellation of Monthly or Yearly Plans
If you subscribe to our Monthly Plan (₹299) or Yearly Plan (₹2,999) and wish to cancel the service, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting our support team.
After cancellation:
- Your website will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further recurring charges will be made after successful cancellation.
- Any remaining unused period of the current billing cycle is not refundable.
- Services and support may stop once the current paid billing period expires.
3. Refund Policy After Payment
Once payment has been successfully processed after the 7-day preview, the applicable fees are strictly non-refundable.
This includes payments made for:
- Monthly website plans
- Yearly website plans
- Domain registration
- Website setup
- Hosting or server-related resources, where applicable
- Payment gateway setup or add-on services
- Renewal payments
Once a domain, hosting, server resource, or other third-party service has been purchased or activated, the associated cost cannot be reversed or refunded.
4. Domain & Setup Charges
The ₹2,999 Domain & Setup fee covers applicable domain registration and website setup for one year.
Once domain registration or setup has been processed, these charges are non-refundable, as domain names and related services may be purchased or activated specifically for the customer.
5. Website Design Satisfaction
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the website during the 7-day free preview period and communicate any required changes or corrections before making payment.
Once the customer approves the website and completes the payment, the service is considered accepted and the payment becomes non-refundable under this policy.
6. Policy Acceptance
By making a payment for our web design services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Web Design Refund & Cancellation Policy.
